Most of our pieces are Vintage, for that, please have in mind they have a character from the journey they made so far. We try to give an accurate description of their condition, by text and/or photos. if they have specific marks/flaws we mention them. Please read the item description and measurement carefully before purchasing. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We’ll gladly ship the item you like, whether local or international.
We will ship the purchased items on the same day or in a few days.
Please contact us if there is any urgency for receiving the item so we can advise the best option for you.
- Israel post service sends you an SMS with the arrival of your package to the local collecting point.
Domestic (in Israel)
Registered mail - 20 NIS (3-5 business days, pick up at the nearest postal service)
Tel-Aviv // Ramat-Gan // Givatayim Express - 30 NIS (1 business day, door to door)
*An order that will be placed after Thursday noon will be sent on Sunday of the following week.
Express 55 NIS ( 1-3 business days, door to door)
Using Eco-post service (Semi-express mail) - the price varies according to the destination: 21-55 USD
Express - Varies according to the destination: 54-75 USD
* Please have in mind that due to the Covid-19 global situation, shipping times may be longer than expected.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchase for any reason, we gladly accept exchanges or grant you a credit you can use in our shop.
We do not accept returns.
the item must be returned within 7 days of arrival. Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind on SALE items.
In the case of an item purchased by self Pick up, the return of the item must be made within 10 business days from the time of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
ESSELL is NOT responsible for any return or customs charges made.
